I gained 2.2 pounds. That doesn’t seem like a whole lot but to me every little bit counts. The medical staff at Medithin was understanding. Life gets in the way and there are times where you’d like to make the healthy and sensible choice, but you just don’t have that option to do it. So you go with the next best thing which may not be the best thing for you.
There’s too much time, money, and effort invested in this for me to slide like that. I have to get back up on the horse and get after it again. Back to the stuff I was doing on a regular basis to get where I want to go. It’s all about discipline to make my goal. I want to feel and look good and throwing back junk food isn’t going to help me.
